Ben Harris Well this is pretty rad! I should mention the album art, whose gilded "historia naturalis" quality contrasts nicely with the old school hi-fi death metal content. I'm also really fond of the ambient Formulae tracks. Atmospheric AND uncompromising. Favorite track: Arcane Dance.

Obstacle of Affliction What I will say is that it is okay to feel dirty. A good time does not always have to be clean and technical. Favorite track: Arcane Dance.

An outstanding Extreme doom death album, in the best tradition. The funerary atmosphere reminds of Evoken ('Centuries of ooze" bears striking similarities, for my delight).
